CustomerService@FIParent.com Financially Intelligent Parent ships your product within 24 business hours if your order is received by 9:00 AM Pacific. Our delivery services do not deliver packages to PO, FPO or APO boxes. Therefore, any order with a PO, FPO or APO mailing address will not be processed (or billed).
Shipping & Handling Costs:
Shipping costs are determined by weight and zip code of the package in addition to the handling and supply costs. Contact CustomerService@FIParent.com to determine your shipping costs.
Return policy:
We know you will be extremely pleased with the products you purchase from FIP. In the event that you are not, you may return product within 90 days from the date of delivery. This excludes audio and software products. All products must be returned in the same condition they were received. All kits must be complete with all included items.
You must include the original or copy of the packing slip you received with your shipment to ensure a refund. When you return the product, we recommend having your package tracked. If FIP doesn't receive the return or if you do not include the information on the packing slip, a refund will not be issued. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
